For around twenty years now Cameron has been broadcasting on Melbourne radio station 3RRR, producing, writing, directing and hosting the food, wine and lifestyle show called Eat It which can be heard on Sundays at noon.

Cameron has run a couple of restaurants in Melbourne, worked in the Intercontinental hotel in Sydney openedthe Bedarra Bay Resort as Executive chef in the Coral sea as well as working in pubs and cafes in and around the Melbourne area.
